Jaclyn was our server , she was friendly and efficient. We will ask for her again next time ! The meal was excellent as was the dessert.. highly recommend.

Rare 297 deserves a shoutout. The place feels upscale without being stuffy, and the staff was friendly and on top of everything. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The sides and drinks were just as good — you can tell they put care into everything. Overall, it was one of those meals where you leave already talking about when you’re coming back. Highly recommend checking it out.

Ashley was the best. We had an incredible dinner for two at RARE 297 Steakhouse! We started with the lobster roll sushi—absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. For our entrée, we shared a marbled American Wagyu, cooked to absolute perfection. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the attentive service made the entire experience outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in the area!

We had a rare night out to celebrate our anniversary and this place does not disappoint! Our server Kenneth deserves a raise he went above and beyond was absolutely outstanding!!! You can tell he loves what he does and it made our night so enjoyable. Our meals were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Both of our drinks were amazing as well. My wife is quite the connoisseur of the espresso martini and these guys knew how to make it perfectly. I had the smoked old-fashioned and besides the amazing presentation it was delicious! My only recommendation for the ambience is for them to turn the house lights a little dimmer so it’s not so bright and in your face, but the music was perfect. All the best songs from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Junior were a perfect setting.

We stopped by for quick lunch today and our Tate buds exlpaded with pleasure. Kenneth was our bartender with Angel the comlimented each other flawlessly. We had ordered 4 appetizers only because we couldn’t decide which one we liked better than the other. Escargot and its sauce was AMAZING!!!! Red and orange beet salad- - the most tasty we have never tried. Bravo!!!

I’ve been to this restaurant quite a few times and always enjoy it. The shrimp tempura and shrimp scampi are delicious. Steaks are great and the salads are large and very fresh. Ashley is always attentive and friendly. So convenient that it is located in a hotel. The restaurant atmosphere is unique and beautiful.
